Johnny Sanford — "johnnybeatss"

Co-Founder & President

Johnny Sanford — "johnnybeatss" — is the President of The Music Creative @ FIU and a producer with placements across hip-hop and R&B, including Sexyy Red, Loe Shimmy, Jeremiah, El Snappo, Fattmack, and more. His work has landed on Apple Music's charts four times. When he's not running the club, he's usually behind the boards chasing the next record.

Jayden Augustin — "JAYMUTT"

Vice President

Jayden Augustin — known professionally as JAYMUTT — is a Miami-based independent Afro R&B artist and creator building MUTTLANDIA — a self-contained creative universe spanning music, visuals, and online content. His latest project, Too Late To Unsend, is led by the single "Slow Wine." Alongside his music, he creates faith-driven and lifestyle content that reflects his own journey — balancing full-time Biology studies with the discipline of an artist building from the ground up.

Edward Chirino

Co-Founder & Creative Director

As one of the co-founders of The Music Creative, Edward brings a mix of networking, learning, and vision to the students of FIU. With a background in songwriting, finance, and entrepreneurship, he also co-founded his own contemporary luxury clothing brand, Casul Noir. Edward’s main goal is to build a bridge between creativity and passion, bringing everyone’s vision to life.

Adrian Pedron — "Nugxs"

Co-Founder & Club Ambassador

Adrian Pedron –– "Nugxs" –– is a Miami-based engineer, producer, and A&R with Billboard-charting credits and over 70 million streams across his catalog. He has worked with artists including DaBaby, Usher, Fuego, and Manuel Turizo. His foundation is in mixing and mastering, dialing in records with an analog character, working from custom Pro Tools templates, and handling master delivery and QC end to end so releases hit distribution clean the first time. Through Chapter A.R.T Music Publishing, he works in A&R and artist relations, guiding artists from session to rollout. Hip-hop and R&B, warm and textured.

Christian Sulca

Team's Strategist and Operations Lead

As the team's strategist and operations lead, Christian works behind the scenes to keep everything connected and running smoothly. Christian built relationships and key connections with Studio 24, Panthers Run Club, and Fitwithjessrosemcd, laid the operational groundwork for standout events like "Run by the Bay" and "Move & Groove," and turned early ideas into fully executed events. Christian's main goal is to ensure the vision comes together seamlessly, even when the work isn't always visible.

Aileen Hernandez

Marketing Co-Director

Aileen is one of the Marketing Directors at The Music Creative @ FIU, pursuing her bachelor's degree in Marketing, with certificates in Social Media & Digital Marketing Analytics and Marketing Research & Analysis. She's passionate about amplifying artistry and shaping experiences where creativity and culture collide. Alongside her role at TMC, she works as the Head of Marketing at Groove Haus, where she helps manage artists & bring their visions to life, and as an Account Executive at BOLD, where she leads a team of creatives developing campaigns for Miami FC. She believes creativity thrives when people feel seen, supported, and inspired — and that's the energy she brings to every project.

Isabella Palacios

Marketing Co-Director

Isabella Palacios is one of the Marketing Directors of The Music Creative @ FIU. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Marketing and a Certification in Music Business with experience working in Universal Music Group, Artist Creative Direction Projects, ULTRA Music Festival, and Live Music Events. Isabella is now working under Velodia Artist Management for artists such as MicroTDH, Dale Pututi & Nesty, and Jonathan Moly. Devoting her time off of work to help emerging music industry talent development.

David Lewis — "DJ International"

Marketing Specialist

David Lewis, also known as DJ International, is a DJ, artist, producer, and creative focused on connecting music, culture, and real-world opportunities. As part of The Music Creative's E-Board, he helps develop events, collaborations, talent opportunities, and systems that make it easier for members to create, perform, connect, and grow within the music industry.

Carey Alcius

Operations Team Member

Carey is a member of the Operations Team at The Music Creative @ FIU. With a deep love for music, Carey is especially passionate about R&B and Hip-Hop, as well as other Black-originated genres such as blues, rock, jazz, and gospel. Some of Carey's favorite albums include What's Going On by Marvin Gaye and The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd. Carey is currently a senior at Florida International University (FIU), pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management while simultaneously earning a Certification in Music Business from the Wertheim School of Music & Performing Arts.
